THIS IS FOR YOU IF…

  • You love your kids, but can’t follow through the way you want to."
  • You handle a lot outside the home, but family life exposes everything you can’t keep together.
  • You keep starting routines and systems that don’t last.
  • When it’s too loud, you yell or shut down, and then feel awful.
  • You wonder if it’s ADHD, or whether your child’s diagnosis explains yourself too.

If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.

WHAT’S INSIDE

  • Why it’s so hard: what parenting asks of an ADHD brain (memory, timing, noise, transitions), and the difference between struggling and failing.
  • The “Is this you?” self-check: what it can tell you, and what only an assessment can.
  • The Pile-Up Check, live: bring one hard moment, and we’ll work through some together.
  • A first look at the Seven Truths: the ideas behind my book.
  • One thing to try this week, plus time for your questions.

You’ll also get a one-page reflection worksheet and the recording.

Choose your session when you register:

  • Friday 13 November, 12-1 pm ET
  • Friday 11 December, 6-7 pm ET

Recording included, so you won’t miss a thing.

About Dr. Akhu, The ADHD Parent Doc

Hi, I’m Dr. Adwoa Akhu.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and a certified ADHD clinical services provider, and I’ve supported people since 1997.

ADHD runs through my own family, from my mother to both of my children, including my daughter, who is now a parent herself. I created this workshop because there is so little for the parent who has ADHD, and I wanted you to have somewhere to start.

I’d love to have you with me.

Be kind to yourself while you do this. Bring one hard moment. Leave with one thing you can change.
