ABOUT DR. AKHU, THE ADHD PARENT DOCÂ
Greetings, I'm Dr. Adwoa Akhu.
I'm a licensed clinical psychologist and a certified ADHD clinical services provider, and I've supported people since 1997.
ADHD runs through my own family, from my mother to both of my children, including my daughter, who is now a parent herself. I created this workshop because there is so little for the parent who has ADHD, and I wanted you to have somewhere to start.

Which date should I pick?
Either. It's the same workshop twice, so you can catch it live: a lunchtime slot on Thursday 3 December and a weekend slot on Saturday 12 December.
What if I can't make it live?
The recording is included and yours for keeps. We email it to you after the workshop.
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. Diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or just starting to wonder, you belong here. Dads too.
Is this therapy?
No. It's educational. Therapy and ADHD evaluations are offered to New York residents only.
